Copyright & DMCA Policy
1. Our role
TellyNite is a media player that connects to an IPTV or playlist service the user independently subscribes to and configures. We do not host, store, transmit, index, aggregate, or control any media content, channels, or streams, and we have no affiliation with any content provider. Because we host no user media content, there is generally no third-party stream material on our systems for us to remove. We nonetheless respect intellectual property rights and provide this policy in good faith.
2. Reporting alleged infringement
If you believe your copyrighted work is being infringed in connection with TellyNite — for example in our own marketing materials, website, or app-store listing — you may send a written notice to our copyright contact below.
Content delivered by a user's own third-party service is controlled by that service and its provider, not by us. Reports about such content should be directed to that provider and/or its hosting infrastructure, which are able to act on it. We have no technical means to remove, disable, or block content on a service we do not operate.
A valid notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) should include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to locate it;
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email);
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

4. Counter-notification
If material you provided was removed from TellyNite's own properties (website, marketing, or listings) and you believe it was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the contact above containing: (1) your signature; (2) identification of the material and its prior location; (3) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and (4) your name, address, telephone number, consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court, and acceptance of service of process from the complaining party.
5. Repeat infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, terminate the accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers in connection with TellyNite's own services or materials.
6. Misrepresentations
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
