Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By creating a TellyNite account or using the TellyNite application or website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, do not use TellyNite.
2. Media player only
TellyNite is a media player and does not provide, host, sell, or distribute any channels, playlists, movies, shows, or other media content. You must supply compatible third-party playlists or portal credentials that you are authorized to use.
3. Third-party content
Any playlists, streams, or media sources added to the app are provided by third parties and are not controlled or endorsed by TellyNite. TellyNite is not responsible for the availability, legality, quality, or accuracy of third-party content or services.
4. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- You are responsible for your account, content access, device use, and keeping credentials secure.
- Notify us promptly of unauthorized use at support@tellynite.com.
- We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts for violations, abuse, fraud, or suspicious activity.
5. 48-hour Premium trial
- Eligible new accounts may receive forty-eight (48) hours of Premium access after registration.
- The trial does not require billing information or a credit card, and does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.
- When the trial ends, the account returns to the free / basic tier (basic Live TV with limited features) unless you purchase a subscription.
- Trial eligibility may be limited (for example, one trial per account or email).
6. Free tier and Premium subscriptions
- The free / basic experience provides limited functionality (basic Live TV).
- Premium renews automatically unless canceled in your app store (for example Google Play) before renewal.
- Premium supports linking up to five (5) devices, subject to provider stream limits.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Features and services
We may add, change, limit, or remove features or services at any time, including global controls such as AutoSync. Feature availability may vary by plan, device, region, or configuration.
8. AutoSync and data retention
Premium features may include AutoSync so supported preferences, favorites, watch history, and related account data can be available across linked devices. If your trial or subscription expires and you do not resubscribe, cloud data may be removed after a retention period. Local backups on your device are not affected.
9. User responsibilities and lawful use
- You are responsible for ensuring you have rights or permission to access any content or service used with TellyNite.
- Unlawful use is prohibited, including piracy, copyright infringement, unauthorized streaming, or account sharing outside your household.
- You are responsible for complying with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
10. Parental controls
Parental Controls are intended to help restrict access to content but are not guaranteed to block all mature or inappropriate content. Content filtering relies on third-party content ratings (such as TMDb) and user-configured blocked groups. Ratings may be missing, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable, and some content may not be filtered as expected. These features are provided "as is" and should not be relied upon as a substitute for parental or guardian supervision. By using Parental Controls, you acknowledge that you are responsible for reviewing and configuring these settings to meet your household's needs.
11. Privacy
We collect limited data required for authentication, sync, security, subscriptions, analytics, and app functionality. See our Privacy Policy for details.
12. Account deletion
You may delete your account from the TellyNite app (About / Account) or from the account website where available. Deletion removes personal account data as described in our Privacy Policy; certain business records (for example purchase history or trial-abuse prevention records) may be retained where necessary.
13. Disclaimer and liability
The app and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of availability, compatibility, or uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TellyNite is not liable for third-party services, content, outages, or device limits. See also the EULA.
14. Updates
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app or website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We may also update features or pricing as described above.
